Client Background and Challenges

Amid-size ride hailing company from Asia with multiple global sites was bringing up a new branch office site for their R&D facility. Management wanted to deploy Cisco catalyst switches for LAN core switching and routing, Aruba wireless controllers and access points for employee and guest access and Palo Alto Networks firewalls for network security, all in high availability and integrate them with their current corporate IT services.

Kreeyaa Solution

Kreeyaa proposed an industry best practices based simplified solution to implement PAN firewalls in HA, Aruba WLCs in HA and Cisco switching and routing for the LAN core.

  • Configured Cisco catalyst 9400 switches in high availability mode
  • Configured PAN firewalls in HA mode with necessary security features
  • Configured Aruba WLC appliances in HA mode with multiple access points
  • Configured policies for employee and guest wireless access using existing Cisco ISE servers
  • Tested and validated with customer and assist in cutovers

Kreeyaa solution included a comparison of the organization current installation with security best practices and provided further recommendations for the same.

Results

Kreeyaa implementation brought a new site live in very short duration, much before the planned deadline. It also included the as-built documentation, training along with the recommendations to enhance their network security and protecting its information assets.
