Job Title: IT-Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Kreeyaa, you will be instrumental in driving business growth for Kreeyaa’s IT Services by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. This role will involve extensive travel to meet with clients, host events, and participate in industry conferences.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients needing ServiceNow Services and general IT Services.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
- Develop sales strategies tailored to target markets.
- Prepared and delivered Sales presentations and proposals to clients. Customize pitches based on client needs and IT service offerings.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals are feasible and tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. Close deals and follow through with the onboarding process.
- Work closely with technical, marketing, and project teams to align sales efforts with service capabilities.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and processes.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients.
- Promote new or additional IT solutions to expand service portfolios.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to build contacts and identify opportunities.
Requirements:
- Over 4 years of experience in Sales and Business Development Management in IT Services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic and energetic, with a willingness to travel extensively.
- Solid understanding of IT services and current technology trends.
- Proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
