IT Sales Manager

Job description: Looking for an IT Sales Manager with over 7 years of experience in selling IT Services, specifically in ServiceNow or other SaaS product lines. This role is performance-driven, with targets and incentives, and you will be tasked with driving business growth and achieving the monthly/quarterly objectives.

Your primary emphasis will be on establishing a presence in untapped markets and acquiring new clients. You will play a pivotal role in constructing your sales pipeline and steering prospects toward successful closures, aiming to surpass sales targets. Consequently, a demonstrated history of effectively finalizing high-value technology solutions is essential.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Scout/hunt new business opportunities, and acquire new customers to enhance sales.
  • Set Meetings with prospects, and establish and maintain relationships with new/existing customers.
  • Find/develop new markets and potential customers to meet business targets- software products and services (end-to-end client handling)
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for Customers.
  • Lead team and help them to complete their targets.
  • Contacting potential Customers IT Managers and IT Heads of Corporates, to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years experience in B2B IT Sales – Direct Sales and out of the total experience min 2 years should be in a Supervisory Role.
  • Ability to sell complex services that span service lines, geographies, and delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent Persuasive & Communication Skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
  • Business Goal Oriented, ability to achieve business targets consistently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently during the month.
  • Should have past or current experience in selling either Software, SaaS, IT Services or Hardware Products.
  • Person must have dealt with IT Heads in the Corporate industry.

Education

  • MBA in Sales and Marketing, BE, B.Tech, BCA in Computers, B.Sc. or any other Graduate.
