D2C Platform Project Manager

Key Responsibilities.
·        Lead the planning and execution of new country launches.
·        Define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring and within budget.
·        Monitor project performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize customer experiences.
·        Act as a liaison between the regional D2C team, regional development teams, and global platform teams to facilitate seamless collaboration and communication.
·        Maintain high-quality project documentation.
·        Translate business/functional requirements into technical solutions and build related operational processes to bridge gaps between stakeholders and development teams.
·        Respond to ad-hoc requests from the Corporate Office and ensure effective communication with local stakeholders to address challenges promptly.
·        Conduct continuous regional e-commerce sellout platform trend reviews and assess their applicability to Samsung eStores, driving data-driven decision-making.
·        Participate in technical planning and requirements gathering phases, including design, code, and test, to ensure successful project execution.
·        Support the D2C Platfrom Head in managing internal stakeholder expectations for project deliverables and help implement an effective system of project governance.
·        Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and address any challenges proactively.
·        Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements for D2C operations.

Qualifications:
·        Bachelor/Master degree in Business/IT/Engineering or a relevant field with 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce
·        PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, AgilePM, ACP or Lean Six Sigma qualifications advantageous.
·        Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce operations (online, offline, omni), retail strategies & eCommerce trends
·        Strong communication and leadership skills.
·        Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology
·        Fluent in English (Bonus: Korean, French, or Turkish)

Preferred skills:
·        Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Hybris, AEM, Magento, Spotify, Salesforce) & related ecosystems – including ERPs, WMS, CMS, payment gateways, CRM tools, and analytics platforms
·        Well-versed in the use of tools of software delivery e.g. MS OFFICE suite, JIRA, Confluence etc.
·        Self-motivated, flexible, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, be able to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial work environment
·     recommendations/strategic plans for business growth
·        Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with development teams (business analysis, developers, QA, architects).
